If you have two cats and you would like them to stay in
the Family Room, there is a supplement of £5 per day.

minimum stay policy of three nights,

for checking in or out.
All days booked are charged at the prevailing rate Including day of arrival and day of departure. In the event of owners returning before the end of the boarding period booked, the full period booked will be charged. There are no discounts for early collections.
We do discourage late collection as we like to get settled for supper and bedtime, particularly in the winter.

There is no extra charge for administration of tablets. Special requirements such as bathing or application of ointments and so forth may be possible. If extra assistance is required to facilitate treatment then additional charges may apply and will be discussed on an individual basis
